CANCELLATION / "NO SHOW" POLICY
The cancellation of your accommodation must be received 24 hours prior to your day of arrival.
If you cancel or do not "show" after this time your credit
card will be debited one days room rate or you will forfeit your
deposit if we cannot on sell the room.
If we do not have your credit card details or a deposit you will
be sent an account due in 7 days of receipt.
Corporate Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION / "NO SHOW" POLICY
Once a booking has been made and confirmed, written cancellation
must be received by 10:00am on the day of arrival.
If you cancel or do not "show" after this time you will
be sent an account for one days room rate unless we can on sell
the room.
If a group booking of 8 or more rooms is made and confirmed, the
cancellation needs to be received one week prior to the arrival
date or an account will be sent for each room and each day that
we cannot on sell the room. Payment is due in 7 days of receipt.
